Acquisition Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Acquire new customers for current accounts, saving accounts, and other liability products through effective sales strategies.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase cross-selling opportunities and retain customer loyalty.
• Identify market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive banking landscape.
• Meet or exceed monthly targets for new business acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.

Job Requirements :

• 1-11 years of experience in CASA (Current Account Savings Account) sales or related field.
• Strong understanding of financial products such as saving accounts, current accounts, and other liabilities.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and achieving revenue growth goals.
