Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire new clients in the Affluent & Super Affluent segment through open market and existing network.
• Build and manage a strong portfolio of high-value clients.
• Maintain relationships and grow AUM by cross-selling financial products.
• Provide investment advisory services based on client risk profile and financial goals.
• Track and identify potential clients in the target segment for new business acquisition.
• Stay updated on financial markets, investment products, and industry trends.
• Coordinate with internal product and research teams (Centralized CFP Team) for informed investment decisions.
• Conduct and support seminars, workshops, and other business development initiatives.
• Deepen client engagement to increase wallet share and overall portfolio value.

Requirements

• Proven experience in wealth management, banking, or financial services.
• Strong client acquisition and relationship management skills.
• Good understanding of financial products like Mutual Funds, Insurance, and Equity/Demat.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into long-term clients.
