Acquisition Manager - Home Loans & Lap

Role & responsibilities

• Acquire new Home Loan & LAP customers through field sales and referrals.
• Generate leads and achieve sales targets.
• Explain loan products and guide customers through the application process.
• Ensure KYC compliance and complete documentation.
• Build and maintain customer relationships.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate with sales experience in Home Loans, LAP, or Banking.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Target-driven with good knowledge of loan products and documentation.
