Acquisition Manager – Business Loan

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve targets for personal loans, home loans, and business loans.
• Develop and implement effective strategies to increase sales revenue through cross-selling and upselling products.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth in the financial services industry.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements :

• 0-6 years of experience in banking or finance industry.
• Strong knowledge of personal loans, home loans, business loans, LAP (Loan Against Property), and other related products.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to lead a team effectively.
