We are looking for a skilled Senior Manager with 8 to 13 years of experience to lead our Digital Engineering R&D team in the IT Services & Consulting industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital engineering and research and development.

• Lead the development of new digital technologies and solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop technical solutions.
• Develop and implement research and development strategies.
• Manage and mentor junior team members.
• Conduct industry research and analysis to stay current on emerging trends.
• Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and deliver tailored solutions.

• Minimum 8 years of experience in digital engineering or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of digital engineering principles and practices.
• Experience with research and development methodologies.
