- Profiles with Business Analyst experience – Bangalore/ Hyderabad
- Strong consulting and domain expertise in the hospitality industry

- Job Summary: As a Manager / Consultant/ Analyst – Hospitality, you will act as a trusted advisor to hospitality clients, driving strategic and transformation-focused consulting engagements. You will leverage deep industry knowledge and analytical expertise to support clients across business strategy, operating model design, revenue optimization, and technology-led transformation initiatives. The role spans advisory support across the end-to-end guest lifecycle, enabling clients to enhance profitability, optimize distribution, and deliver differentiated guest experiences.
- Provide strategic advisory to hospitality clients across commercial, operational, and technology dimensions
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the hospitality systems ecosystem, including:
- Property Management System (PMS)
- Central Reservation System (CRS)
- Loyalty Management Systems
- Point of Sale (POS) platforms
- F&B platforms
- Lead P&L diagnostics, identify revenue and cost optimization levers, and recommend initiatives to improve RevPAR, ADR, and GOP
- Advise on inventory distribution and channel strategy, including direct vs. OTA mix, pricing effectiveness, and loyalty-driven demand
- Support capex prioritization, balancing brand standards, guest experience, and financial returns
- Provide hands-on expertise in back-office operations, including night audit workflows, financial reconciliation, rate plan configuration, and upsell strategies
- Design and assess end-to-end guest lifecycle journeys, ensuring system integration and data flow across touchpoints
- Act as a hospitality business analyst, translating data insights into actionable recommendations
- Contribute to pre-sales, proposals, thought leadership, and CoE capability building
- Mentor junior team members and manage workstreams (for Manager role)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a consulting mindset
- Proficiency in hospitality platforms such as PMS, CRS, POS, GDS, and Revenue Management Systems
- Experience in business case development, financial modeling, and executive-level storytelling
- Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
- The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in management or hospitality, along with a proven track record of delivering hospitality consulting, transformation, or revenue optimization engagements
