Job Description

We are looking for experienced and responsible candidates for the positions of ACIN (Assistant Clinic Incharge) and CIN (Clinic Incharge) for our clinic in Kochi.

The selected candidates will be responsible for managing day-to-day clinic operations, coordinating with doctors and staff, ensuring smooth patient flow, maintaining records, and delivering a positive patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate daily clinic operations.
• Supervise and coordinate clinic staff and support teams.
• Ensure smooth patient registration, appointments, and patient flow.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain patient records, reports, and clinic documentation.
• Monitor clinic inventory, medicines, and other supplies.
• Handle patient queries and ensure excellent patient service.
• Ensure compliance with clinic SOPs, policies, and safety standards.
• Prepare daily/weekly operational reports.
• Support the Clinic Incharge in administrative and operational activities.

For CIN – Clinic Incharge

• Independently manage day-to-day clinic operations.
• Lead and supervise the clinic team.
• Ensure operational efficiency and smooth functioning of the clinic.
• Handle administrative and staff-related responsibilities.

For ACIN – Assistant Clinic Incharge

• Assist the Clinic Incharge in daily clinic operations.
• Support staff coordination and patient management.
• Handle administrative and operational activities as assigned.
• Step in for the Clinic Incharge when required.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate qualification preferred.
• Experience in clinic, hospital, healthcare, or medical centre operations preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good team-handling and coordination abilities.
• Knowledge of Malayalam and English will be an advantage.
• Candidates available for immediate or early joining will be preferred.
