Accounts Sr. Manager/Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable process, including payment processing, reconciliation, and reporting.
  
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the organization.
  
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to negotiate better terms and improve supply chain efficiency.
  
• Provide guidance on accounting principles and best practices to team members.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 10-15 years of experience in finance & accounts role with expertise in AP (accounts payable), AR (accounts receivable), bank reconciliation statement finalization.
  
• M.Com degree from a recognized university; Chartered Accountant certification preferred but not mandatory.
  
• Strong knowledge of Tally ERP software; proficiency in MS Excel required.
