AR Trainer Cash Management

Experience: 6+ Years
Location: Chennai

Key Responsibilities:

• Train and mentor AR/Cash Management teams on payment posting and reconciliation processes.
• Conduct new hire training, refresher sessions, and process updates.
• Develop training materials, SOPs, and assessments.
• Monitor trainee performance and provide coaching to improve quality and productivity.
• Collaborate with Operations and Quality teams to identify and address training gaps.
