Accounts Receivable Specialist

Role & responsibilities

• Manage delinquent customer accounts and execute collection strategies
• Contact customers to secure payment on overdue invoices
• Maintain accurate account notes and status updates
• Research and resolve disputed invoices with internal stakeholders
• Prepare and maintain collection reporting
• Support both domestic and international account portfolios (International)

Required candidate profile

• $20M and above portfolio size- mandate
• Hands-on with excel, reports like ageing report, VLookup, Sum, Ifs
• Must be open to work in India night shift (matching Central standard time)
• Work from office - Gurgaon
• Educational requirement: must be Graduate
