Job Description

We are hiring experienced professionals for the Accounts Receivable (O2C – Order Management) role.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) process, from order entry through fulfillment, delivery, and billing.
• Create, update, and manage Sales Orders, Quotations, and Service Orders in SAP HANA.
• Process and monitor customer orders accurately and within defined timelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams and customers to resolve order-related issues and discrepancies.
• Ensure timely order fulfillment, delivery, and billing.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to order processing.
• Support AR-related activities and ensure process accuracy.
• Follow defined processes and ensure adherence to quality and compliance standards.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Commerce, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Sales Order Management, Order Management, or O2C.
• Hands-on experience in GT/MT, eCommerce, or B2B Order Management.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP HANA ERP and SAP AR Module – Mandatory.
• Good understanding of the complete Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle.
• Experience in Sales Order creation, modification, quotations, service orders, delivery, and billing.
• Manufacturing industry experience will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
