Accounts Receivable Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable processes, including invoice preparation, voucher entry, reconciliation, and payment collection.
  
• Prepare monthly reports on AR aging and provide timely updates to clients.
  
• Coordinate with sales team for client coordination and ensure accurate documentation for audits.
  
• Calculate incentives according to US GAAP standards and maintain records of payments received from US clients.
  
• Utilize Excel skills to prepare detailed reports and perform regular reconciliations.
