Role & responsibilities

• Good understanding of Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Customer incoming payment settlement entries.
• Customer clearing in SAP.
• Customer reconciliation.
• Understanding of:
• GST
• TDS
• Other applicable taxes.
• Debit Note management.
• Credit Note management.
• Rate Difference accounting.
• Discount adjustments.
• Bad Debt accounting.
• Debtors Outstanding (DO) report preparation.
• Collection report preparation.
• Customer follow-up for collections.
• Internal meetings with Marketing team.
• Audit support.
