JOB ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

-Follow-up on insurance claims and accounts receivable

-Denial management and resolving claim issues

-Responsible for calling Insurance companies (in the US) on behalf of

Physicians/Clinics/Hospitals and follow up on outstanding Accounts

Receivables

-Negotiating with payers for outstanding payments

-Maintaining sound knowledge of US healthcare domain and provider-side processes.

Skills & Requirements-

-Good communication skills

- Basic computer skills and attention to detail.

-Willingness to learn US healthcare and medical billing processes.

-Good listening, problem-solving, and follow-up skills

Freshers are welcome; training will be provided.
