Accounts Receivable Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable Executive to join our Finance Team in Mumbai.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Accounts Receivable (AR) operations.
• Prepare invoices, process payments, and maintain customer ledgers.
• Record customer payments and perform regular reconciliations.
• Follow up with customers on outstanding payments and collections.
• Prepare AR ageing reports and track overdue payments.
• Identify and resolve billing discrepancies and payment-related queries.
• Handle accounting activities using Zoho Books and QuickBooks.
• Coordinate with internal teams for billing and collection-related matters.
• Support month-end closing, reporting, and audit activities.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections, or Accounting.
• B.Com / M.Com graduate.
• Good understanding of invoicing, payment reconciliation, and customer ledger management.
• Experience with Zoho Books / QuickBooks is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic accounting principles.
• Strong communication and customer follow-up skills.
• Good attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
