About this role
Location: Chakan (Monday to Saturday)
Key Responsibilities:
Revenue accounting and maintaining the customer master data in the ERP.
Reconciling the revenue GL with invoices the sales team raises in the ERP.
Reconciling sales orders with invoicing
Reconciling customer receipts and knocking them off invoice by invoice in the books
Tracking and monitoring receivables ageing (company personnel will handle AR follow-up)
E-invoicing and e-way bill compliance
Liaising with bankers, and preparing bank reconciliations and cash flow statements
Helping prepare MIS reports
Supporting the compliance team and consultants on tax compliance (GST, TDS)Role & responsibilities
Preferred candidate profile
Bachelors degree in commerce, Accounting, or related field (B.Com/M.Com); part-qualified CA/CMA
2–4 years of relevant experience in accounts receivables.
Working knowledge of GST, e-invoicing and e-way bills
Working knowledge of TDS and GST provisions as applicable to transactions
Strong reconciliation and analytical skills
Good communication and ability to meet deadlines.
