Accounts Receivable Executive

Hiring! Accounts Receviable/ Accounts Payable @ Datamatics for Andheri East location.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable activities.
• Process and verify invoices, billing details, and payment transactions.
• Perform customer/vendor account reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
• Handle payment posting, cash application, and outstanding balance tracking.
• Monitor receivables, payables, invoices, and payment records.
• Identify and resolve short payments, deductions, and billing discrepancies.
• Prepare MIS and Excel-based reports.
• Ensure accuracy and timely completion of transactions as per process guidelines.

Prefered Candidates-

• B.Com / BAF / BMS / BBA / Commerce Graduates.
• Candidates with relevant AR/AP experience can apply.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel / Advanced Excel.
• Knowledge of VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables & basic formulas preferred.
• Basic understanding of Accounting, AR/AP and Reconciliation.
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
