Accounts Receivable Executive

Role Overview

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 25 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Accounting, or Junior Accounting roles.
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online.
• Strong understanding of accrual accounting concepts and accounting cycle processes.
• Exposure to standardized posting logic, account coding, and financial transaction classification.
• Basic experience supporting US GAAP audits, audit schedules, and financial documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and reconciliation activities.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting US Real Estate, Property Management, Real Estate Investment, or Lending organizations.
• Exposure to AP automation tools and document management systems.
• Familiarity with month-end close, intercompany accounting, and financial reporting processes.
• Knowledge of property-level accounting and real estate-related expenses is a plus.
