Accounts Receivable Executive | US Healthcare

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage accounts receivable calls to resolve customer queries, disputes, and issues related to billing and payments.
• Handle denials by identifying the reason for denial, researching the issue, and resubmitting claims as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers, including phone conversations, emails, and correspondence.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in processes and procedures to optimize efficiency.

Job Requirements :

• 1-5 years of experience in AR calling or similar role in healthcare BPO/call center environment.
• Strong communication skills with ability to effectively communicate with patients/customers over the phone.
• Proficiency in denial handling/management processes and regulations (e.g., HIPAA).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
