Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage accounts receivable (AR) billing process from order to cash, ensuring timely collection of payments.
• Process customer invoices, credit notes, debit notes, and other financial documents accurately and efficiently.
• Perform cash application tasks such as applying credits, discounts, and deductions to reduce outstanding balances.
• Maintain accurate records in Excel spreadsheets for AR aging reports.

Job Requirements :

• 2-4 years of experience in O2C billing or similar role.
• Proficiency in AR billing software like [insert specific system names].
