• Manage accounts receivable calls to resolve customer queries, disputes, and issues related to medical billing.
  
• Handle denial management by identifying root causes of denials and implementing strategies for reduction.
  
• Utilize strong communication skills to effectively communicate with customers, providers, and internal stakeholders.
  
• Participate in revenue cycle management processes such as claims processing, payment posting, and account reconciliation.
