Accounts Receivable Caller

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Handle customer calls to resolve accounts receivable issues, including payment processing and reconciliations.
• Identify and escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors for resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
• Meet performance targets for call handling time, quality metrics, and productivity.

Job Requirements :

• Availbilty for F2F interview on Thursday (17/September) @ 5.30 PM. (Chennai One).
• 3-7 years of experience in Accounts Receivable Caller role or similar International Voice Process environment.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices related to AR collections.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively.
