Position: AR Caller Medical Billing
Industry: Healthcare BPO / Medical Billing
Locations: Chennai | Bangalore | Hyderabad
Work Mode: Work From Office

Key Responsibilities

• Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) follow-up for US healthcare claims.
• Follow up with insurance companies regarding pending, unpaid, denied and rejected claims.
• Verify claim status and identify the reason for payment delays.
• Work on claim resolution and ensure timely payment collection.
• Maintain accurate records of claim follow-ups and actions taken.
• Meet daily productivity, quality and accuracy targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve claim-related issues.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in AR Calling / Medical Billing.
• Healthcare BPO / RCM experience preferred.
• Good English communication and analytical skills.
• Experience of US healthcare Denial Management.
• Willingness to work from office.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
