Accounts Receivable Caller

Role & Responsibilities

• Perform outbound calls to US insurance companies for follow-up on outstanding medical claims.
• Investigate unpaid, underpaid, and denied claims and determine appropriate resolution.
• Analyze claim status, payment details, denial reasons, and insurance responses.
• Update accurate call notes, claim status, and follow-up actions in the billing system.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve claim and billing-related issues.
• Follow up on pending claims within defined timelines.
• Meet daily/weekly productivity, quality, and SLA targets.
• Maintain accuracy and confidentiality while handling patient and insurance information.
• Develop a strong understanding of US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and AR processes.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with experience in AR Calling, US Healthcare, Medical Billing, International Voice Process, or BPO will have an added advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Good listening and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.
• Willingness to work in US shifts/night shifts.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
• Good learning ability and a positive attitude.
• Candidates who are immediate/early joiners will be preferred.
