Accounts Receivable Caller- Only AR Calling experience is Mandatory

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage accounts receivable calls to resolve billing discrepancies, denials, and patient inquiries.
• Process UB04 claims accurately and efficiently according to established guidelines.
• Identify areas for improvement in revenue cycle management processes and implement changes as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of AR issues.

Job Requirements :

• 0-2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable Calling or related field (AR Calling).
• Strong knowledge of UB04 coding system and revenue cycle management principles.
• Excellent communication skills for effective phone conversations with patients, providers, and insurance companies.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
