Accounts Receivable Caller- No freshers

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage accounts receivable calls to resolve customer queries, disputes, and issues related to medical billing.
• Identify and address denial management by investigating reasons for denials and appealing denied claims.
• Utilize RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) software to process patient statements, payments, and adjustments efficiently.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as DME (Direct Medical Equipment) sales representatives to resolve billing discrepancies. cms1500 and UB04 and EV

Job Requirements :

• 1-6 years of experience in AR calling or similar role in the healthcare industry.
• Strong knowledge of revenue cycle management principles and practices.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers over phone calls.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting productivity targets.
