Position Details

• Job Title: AR Caller US Healthcare
• Location: Chennai
• Experience: 6 Months to 3 Years (Experience in Denials Management is mandatory)
• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Shift: Night Shift (US Process)
• Transport: Two-way cab facility provided

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to US insurance companies for claim follow-ups.
• Work on denied, pending, and unpaid claims.
• Analyze AR reports and take appropriate action.
• Resolve billing and payment-related issues.
• Update claim status accurately in the system.
• Meet daily productivity and quality targets.

Eligibility Criteria

• Any Bachelor's Degree.
• Experience in AR Calling with Denials Management.
• Good English communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work in the US night shift.
