• Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) follow-up for US healthcare claims.
• Contact insurance companies regarding outstanding and unpaid claims.
• Analyze claim status, denials, rejections, and underpayments.
• Perform effective payer follow-ups and resolve claim-related issues.
• Work on CMS-1500 and/or UB-04 claims.
• Maintain accurate records of claim follow-ups and payer responses.
• Achieve assigned productivity, quality, and collection targets.
  
  

• Minimum 6 months of AR Calling experience is mandatory.
• Experience in US Healthcare / Medical Billing.
• Candidates with CMS-1500 or UB-04 billing/claims experience are required.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of US healthcare insurance and claims processes.
• Willingness to work in a night shift.
• Candidates willing to work from office in Chennai.
