Accounts Receivable Caller- AR Caller

Role & responsibilities

• Call insurance companies to check the status of outstanding medical claims.
• Follow up on denied, rejected, and underpaid claims.
• Identify reasons for claim denials and payment delays.
• Obtain information regarding claim processing and reimbursement.
• Document call reference numbers, claim status, and follow-up details.
• Coordinate with the medical billing team to resolve claim issues.
• Maintain daily productivity and quality targets.
• Ensure timely follow-up on pending accounts receivable.

Required Skills

• Good English communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of medical billing and US healthcare.
• Knowledge of insurance claims, EOB, ERA, CPT, ICD-10, and denial management is an advantage.
• Good telephone etiquette and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
• Ability to meet daily calling and productivity targets.

Eligibility

• Any degree
• Experience in US healthcare medical billing is an advantage.
• Willingness to work night shifts, depending on the client and company.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience between 1-3years
• Looking for experienced in Physician Billing or Hospital Billing or DME or Eligibility Verification and Authorization
• Looking for Immediate to 30days of Joiner
• Out of Station candidate should be Flexible for the relocation
• Shift Timing 6.30pm - 3.30am
• No WFH opportunity,
