Accounts Receivable Associate | US Healthcare | Immediate Joiners

We are looking for a methodical Accounts Receivable Associate to join our collaborative Finance Operations team. This role focuses on the end-to-end management of claims and accounts receivable, ensuring fiscal health through consistent follow-up and resolution of payment discrepancies in line with US healthcare regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and review accounts receivable aging reports to prioritize unpaid claims for resolution.

- Analyze and handle claim denials by identifying root causes, correcting administrative errors, and re-submitting for processing.

- Coordinate with insurance providers and healthcare professionals regarding claim status, appeals, and payment discrepancies.

- Maintain precise records of actions taken and account updates within company software systems.

- Prepare periodic reports for management regarding collection milestones and claim trends.

- Ensure all processes adhere to HIPAA guidelines and relevant healthcare privacy regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven ability to manage complex claims reconciliation and accounts receivable workflows.

- Proficiency in using healthcare billing software and standard office productivity tools.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills for professional interaction with external stakeholders.

- Systematic approach to problem-solving and error correction in financial documentation.

- Knowledge of US healthcare billing cycles and regulatory requirements.

Preferred Skills:

- Previous experience in healthcare revenue cycle management or insurance follow-up.

- Familiarity with automated billing systems and electronic data interchange (EDI).

- Ability to work effectively in a structured, time-sensitive environment.
