Job Title: AR Associate / Senior Associate Hospital Billing (RCM)

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 1 to 6 Years

Qualification: Any Graduate

Job Description:

• Handle end-to-end Accounts Receivable (AR) follow-up for US Hospital Billing.
• Work on UB-04 claims, insurance denials, underpayments, and outstanding AR.
• Contact insurance companies to check claim status and resolve payment issues.
• Analyze denial reasons and take appropriate corrective actions for claim resolution.
• Follow up on unpaid, rejected, and partially paid claims to ensure timely reimbursement.
• Maintain accurate account documentation and meet productivity and quality targets.
• Ensure compliance with client guidelines and process SLAs.

Required Skills:

• Experience in US Healthcare RCM Hospital Billing.
• Knowledge of UB-04 claims, AR follow-up, and denial management.
• Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work in US night shifts.

Shifts : Night Shifts - 11PM to 8AM

Work Location : Hitech City
