About this role
Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable professional to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing and managing accounts payable transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Complete Night shift job and No cab facility.
Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable transactions in a timely manner
- Verify and reconcile invoices and payment requests
- Maintain accurate records of payments and vendor information
- Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts payable
- Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve payment discrepancies
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate payment processing
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 1-4 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
