Accounts Payable Specialist

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an Accounts Payable & Billing Specialist to manage vendor invoicing and customer billing activities.

• Process and record vendor invoices with proper supporting documentation and coding. 
• Prepare, review, and issue customer invoices based on approved billing information. 
• Handle invoice discrepancies and coordinate with vendors and customers as needed. 
• Perform account reconciliations and support month-end activities. 
• Maintain organized and accurate financial records. 

Preferred candidate profile

Experience with ASPIRE is highly desired, or NetSuite or other ERP/accounting systems
