Job Description Accounts Payable/Receivable

• Job Title: Accounts Payable/Receivable Executive / Analyst
• Function: Finance & Accounting Procure to Pay (P2P)
• Reporting To: Team Lead / Manager – Accounts Payable
• Location: [Thane Olympus]
• Experience: 2-3 Years

Key Responsibilities

1. Accounts Payable/Receivable – Leasing Specific Processing

• Process leaserelated invoices and payables, including:
• Lease disbursements
• Vendor bills, commissions, and selfbilling invoices
• Maintenance, insurance, and assetrelated expenses
• Opex invoices supporting commercial lending operations
• Perform invoice validation, coding, and posting as per leasing contracts and approval hierarchy.
• Handle multiple invoice types (Lease, Opex, Expense, SelfBill) across countries and legal entities.

2. Payments & Cutoff Management

• Execute highvalue, timecritical payments aligned to leasing payment schedules and contractual SLAs.
• Ensure adherence to stringent payment cutoffs and funding timelines common to leasing businesses.
• Support payment proposal preparation, validation, and approvals.
  

3. Reconciliations & MonthEnd Support Activities

• Perform supplier statement and leaseledger reconciliations.
• Support monthend close activities including:
• Accruals and prepayments
• Open item reviews and aging analysis
• Clearing account reconciliations
• Coordinate with GL / RTR teams to ensure clean subledger close.
