Shift:Night Shift – Candidates must be comfortable working night hours

CTC:Starting from ₹2.15 LPA for Freshers

Joining:Immediate Joiners Preferred

The ideal candidate should:

• Have a strong understanding of accounting and bookkeeping fundamentals.
• Have an understanding of the Accounts Payable process and be comfortable handling accounting documentation.
• Create, edit, verify, and process Purchase Orders (POs), invoices, and vouchers.
• Perform invoice matching and verification against POs and supporting documents.
• Handle vouching, reconciliations, and transaction verification.
• Review transactions and identify discrepancies or mismatches.
• Coordinate and communicate professionally with US and Australian clients regarding accounting-related requirements.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation throughout the process.
• Support the complete Accounts Payable cycle, including document processing, verification, matching, and payment-related activities.
• Have hands-on experience with accounting software such as FreshBooks, QuickBooks, Tally, and SAP.
• Have strong MS Excel skills, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Have good written and spoken English communication.
• Be willing to learn and work with accounting processes followed for international clients.

Freshers are welcome to apply. Candidates with prior experience in Accounts Payable, bookkeeping, or international accounting will have an added advantage.
