We are hiring with Accounts Payable - NetSuite with over 7+ years of experience for Chennai location

Mandate Skills: -
Strong proficiency in ERP / Applications NetSuite High Priority.

Other applications preferred - SAP/ Ariba/ Open Text VIM (Vendor Invoice Management)

AP Invoice Processing, Handling US customer Tax certificates

Interview Details: -

Mode of Interview : Google Meet - Video call
Notice Period : Immediate to 15 days (Serving only) - Mandate
Experience : 7+ years
Location : Chennai

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

1. Processing AP invoices, credits. Completing productivity timely.

2. Compliant with SLAs

3. Attaining 100% quality deliverables

4. Stakeholder Management – Ability to attend calls with stakeholders, understanding their requirement & actioning accordingly.

5. Zero escalations from suppliers, stakeholders, key contacts.

6. Able to work on dashboards reporting metrics (optional)

7. Knowledge of other AP functionalities is added advantage (Vendor recon, Quality audit, Query handling) Optional

Qualifications:

ERP / Applications – NetSuite High Priority.

Other applications preferred - SAP/ Ariba/ Open Text – VIM (Vendor Invoice Management)

Experience 7+ years’ experience in AP Invoice Processing, Handling US customer Tax certificatesetc.

4. Qualification – Commerce Graduate (B.com) OR MBA Finance
