Job Role: Accounts Executive Accounts Payable & Tally
Education: B.com
Experience: 2–4 years
Shift: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Week Off: Saturday/Sunday
Location: Sector 50, Gurgaon
Skills:
- Hands-on experience in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime.
- Knowledge of Accounts Payable and general accounting.
- Understanding of GST, TDS and invoice verification.
- Experience in Vendor Reconciliation and Bank Reconciliation.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and MIS Reporting.
- Strong numerical accuracy, analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Responsibilities :
- Process vendor invoices, purchase bills and expense entries in Tally.
- Manage vendor payments, outstanding balances and vendor reconciliations.
- Perform bank reconciliation and maintain accurate accounting records.
- Assist with GST, TDS and input tax credit reconciliation.
- Prepare accounts payable ageing reports and monthly MIS.
- Maintain invoices, vouchers and supporting documents for audits.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to resolve discrepancies.
Note: Prior experience in manufacturing industry is mandatory .
