Job Summary:-

We are looking for an Accounts Payable Executive with 24 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable (AP) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in invoice processing, vendor reconciliation, payment processing, and GST/TDS compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable and P2P activities.
• Process and validate PO and Non-PO vendor invoices.
• Perform 2-way and 3-way invoice matching with purchase orders and GRNs.
• Verify vendor details, GST, TDS applicability, and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve invoice and payment queries.
• Process vendor payments within agreed timelines.
• Perform vendor statement reconciliation and resolve outstanding items.
• Support month-end closing, accruals, and AP reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate records and support internal and external audits.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting procedures, and AP controls.

Required Skills :-

• Hands-on experience in Accounts Payable and P2P processes.
• Working knowledge of GST and TDS.
• Good MS Excel skills, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIF, and Pivot Tables.
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.
• Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet payment deadlines.
