Summary

The Accounts Payable will be responsible for processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices and payments, ensuring that company expenses are accurately recorded and managed. The role requires a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate processing.

What makes the role meaty?

• Accurately process vendor and supplier invoices in SAP on timely Manner.
• Perform two-way, three-way matching
• Detailed Knowledge of TDS and GST
• Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions.
• Perform weekly/monthly reconciliations of AP balances, ensuring discrepancies are promptly resolved.
• Communicate with internal Stake holders to resolve billing issues, disputes, and inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.
• Manage/Maintain the vendor master data in the accounting system SAP
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes related to accounts payable
• Support internal and external audits by providing invoice-related documentation and records.

We hope that you are...

• Masters or bachelors degree in Finance, or a related field preferred.
• 3 -6 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar accounting role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and accounting software (ERP systems such as SAP)
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with vendors and internal teams.
• Knowledge of general accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in a fast-paced or high-volume environment.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
