Accounts Payable and Receivable Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Billing Management: Ensure timely and accurate customer billing in accordance with agreed timelines and contractual terms.
• Creditors Monitoring PAN India: Monitor vendor outstanding balances, ensure timely payments, reconcile accounts, and resolve discrepancies across all India locations.
• Debtors Monitoring PAN India: Monitor customer outstanding balances, track overdue payments, ensure timely collections, and drive receivables follow-ups across all India locations.
• P2P and R2R Process Management: Manage and monitor the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Record-to-Report (R2R) processes to ensure operational efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with financial policies.
• Profit & Loss (P&L) Preparation: Prepare and review monthly P&L statements, analyses financial performance, investigate variances, and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Customer and Vendor Query Management & Escalation: Handle customer and vendor queries, resolve billing and payment-related issues, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and escalate critical matters for timely resolution.
• Unbilled: 100% monthly review of unbilled revenue and timely conversion of eligible unbilled amounts into invoices.

• Preferable from Transportation background
• Relevant experience in Finance, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Billing, or Financial Reporting.
• Experience in handling PAN India operations and financial processes preferred.
