Experience: 2+ Years

Mandatory SAP experience

Role & responsibilities

• Maintenance of books of account in accounting software
• Managing AP process and expense claims
• Month end Closing activities (Provision working, Open Provision tracking, Provision reversal working, reconciliation of expense trackers)
• Open PO/WO and GRN analysis
• Preparation of monthly Balance sheet and Profit / Loss account
• Preparation of Monthly MIS and reconciliations, MoM, QoQ and YoY comparative statement
• Liaising with auditors/banker/clients
• Open advances and payables ageing analysis
• General Ledger Scrutiny
• GST reconciliations
• Good communications skills
• Self-motivated having organisational and planning skills
• Quality conscious and committed
