Accounts & Party Recovery Executive

We are urgently hiring for responsible and accountable Accounts & Party Recovery Executive to manage day-to-day party accounts, billing, debit/credit transactions, outstanding payments, and payment recovery. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely collection of outstanding amounts from customers. (Male and female candidate both can apply)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain party-wise accounts and ledgers.
• Handle debit and credit entries accurately and on time.
• Monitor party billing, invoices, and payment transactions.
• Track outstanding payments and maintain an updated receivables report.
• Coordinate with customers/parties regarding pending payments and ensure timely recovery.
• Regularly reconcile party accounts and identify discrepancies.
• Maintain proper records of bills, receipts, payments, debit notes, and credit notes.
• Prepare regular reports related to collections, and party-wise balances.
• Follow up with parties for payment recovery through calls and other communication channels.
• Coordinate with the internal accounts and sales teams regarding billing and payment issues.
• Ensure that all accounting records are properly updated in Tally and Excel.
• Take complete ownership of assigned party accounts and their payment recovery.
