Accounts Officer

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare customer-wise, branch-wise and ageing-wise Accounts Receivable (AR) reports.
2. Reconcile customer ledgers and obtain balance confirmations.
3. Coordinate with Operations and Sales teams to resolve outstanding payments, discrepancies, short payments and billing disputes.
4. Identify and allocate customer receipts accurately against outstanding invoices.
5. Monitor credit limits, payment terms and collection commitments.
6. Track overdue and long-pending receivables and escalate high-risk accounts to management.
7. Visit customers along with the Operations team to follow up on long-pending payments.
