Finance & Accounts Manager (5-10 Years - Hospital Experience ) -2

Note: Immediate Joiner preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial transactions.
• Team Handling
• Oversee accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial forecasts.
• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
• Coordinate internal and external audits.
• Manage payroll processing and statutory payments where applicable.
• Review and approve journal entries, invoices, and expense reports.
• Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to management.
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Collaborate with other departments on financial planning and reporting.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
