Accounts Officer

Job Title: Senior Accounts Officer (Only Males)
Location: Mouda Taluka, Nagpur
Experience Required: 4 - 10 Years
Qualification: B. Com/ M.com

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Officer with 4-10 years of experience to manage day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and GST compliance, along with good knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable (AP)

• Process vendor invoices, verify supporting documents, and ensure timely payments
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain accurate records of all payable transactions

Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Generate and manage customer invoices
• Track incoming payments and follow up on outstanding receivables
• Perform periodic reconciliation of customer accounts

GST & Compliance

• Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) within deadlines
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with GST regulations
• Assist during GST audits and maintain required records

General Accounting

• Maintain books of accounts and ledger entries
• Perform bank reconciliations and support month-end closing activities
• Assist in preparation of financial statements and reports

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in commerce / accounting / finance (B. Com or equivalent)
• 4 - 8 years of relevant accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of GST, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable
• Proficiency in Tally / ERP systems and MS Excel
• Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills
