Accounts Officer

Role & responsibilities

• Handle general accounting activities
• Pass journal entries and maintain proper records
• Perform bank reconciliations regularly
• Manage ledger posting and account reconciliation
• Handle GST and TDS calculations and filings
• Maintain purchase and sales records
• Process and verify vouchers and entries
• Assist in financial reporting and audits

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Commerce (B.Com) or relevant field
• 25 years of experience in accounting
• Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting principles
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Focus or Similar)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
