Job Summary
Job Title: Accounts Officer- Broking
Location: Ahmedabad
Responsibilities
- Responsible for passing entries of Salary, Daily income, Debit Note and other expenses in books of account ;
- Bank reconciliation, Maintain Petty Cash, Reimbursement, Compliances related to Income Tax such as TDS, Advance tax, Calculation of employee related to IT declaration TDS deduction, Compliance related to GST, Finalization of books of Accounts
- Prepare voucher make payment by cheque/NEFT.
- Accounting of Stock broking entity and related reports
- Preparation of outstanding report.
- Maintaining, Controlling and supervising books of account on daily basis.
- Preparation of daily Bank balance Cash flow report.;
Skills
- Good Communication skills (Written and Verbal)
- Proficient with use of MS-Word and Excel
- Analytical and Problem solving skills
- Promote innovation and continuous improvement
- Working experience and knowledge of Techexcel software used for stock broking entity
- Proven knowledge of accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations.
