Accounts Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Accounting & Financial Management
   
• Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
• Prepare and maintain balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and other financial reports.
• Handle accounts payable, receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely reporting.
2. Employee Justification Management
   
• Manage employee salary justification based on business performance and company-defined targets.
• Verify sales performance, revenue generation, and employee eligibility for incentives.
• Coordinate with the HR and Sales teams for employee salary and performance-related calculations.
3. Sales Incentive Calculation
   
• Calculate monthly and quarterly sales incentives as per company policies.
• Verify bookings, billing status, collections, and eligible business transactions.
• Ensure accurate incentive calculations and obtain the necessary approvals before processing payouts.
4. Reimbursement Management
   
• Verify employee reimbursement claims, bills, and supporting documents.
• Process eligible travel, conveyance, and other business expense reimbursements.
• Ensure compliance with company reimbursement policies and maintain proper records.
5. MIS & Financial Reporting
   
• Prepare monthly financial statements, employee-wise cost reports, and incentive reports.
• Maintain accurate data in Excel and accounting software.
• Support internal audits, financial reviews, and management reporting.
