Accounts Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounts and finance operations.
• Handle accounting entries and transactions in Tally and SAP.
• Prepare and verify tax invoices, sales invoices, purchase invoices, credit notes and debit notes.
• Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) and maintain purchase documentation.
• Handle purchase and sales accounting and ensure proper documentation.
• Prepare e-way bills and maintain related records.
• Manage GST-related activities, including purchase/sales data, reconciliation and statutory compliance.
• Handle TDS calculation, deduction, payment and documentation.
• Manage PF and ESIC payment processes and maintain statutory records.
• Prepare and maintain cash vouchers and cash transaction records.
• Monitor and process vendor payments

Preferred candidate profile

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Assistant Manager Accounts & Finance with 5–10 years of experience to handle day-to-day accounting, finance, taxation, statutory compliance, billing, purchase and sales documentation, and payment-related activities.
