Accounts Manager & Purchase Manager (Water Treatment / ETP / STP)

We deliver turnkey Hi-Purity Water Systems, ETP/STP/ZLD plants, Cold Storage and Drainage & Separator solutions for pharma, biotech, semiconductor, food & beverage, chemical and personal care clients, with 500+ projects executed across India.

We are hiring 2 managers (1 for each role below).

ROLE 1: ACCOUNTS MANAGER (1 Opening)

Location: Navi Mumbai MIDC | Experience: 8+ years | Reports to: Finance Head

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain day-to-day accounting in Tally/ERP: vouchers, journals, debit and credit notes

- Ensure accuracy of ledgers, trial balance and supporting schedules

- Verify and process purchase invoices against PO, GRN and agreed terms

- Prepare sales invoices as per quotations/work orders; maintain customer ledgers and follow up on receivables

- Daily/monthly bank reconciliation (BRS); coordinate with banks on discrepancies

- Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2B reconciliation, annual return); handle GST notices

- Deduct TDS, file quarterly TDS returns and issue Form 16A

- Generate E-Way Bills and coordinate dispatch documentation

- Prepare monthly MIS (P&L, Balance Sheet, Trial Balance, receivables/payables)

- Support statutory, internal and tax audits

Requirements:

- B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance

- 8+ years in accounting and taxation; able to handle GST and TDS independently

- Strong in Tally/ERP and MS Excel

- Accurate, disciplined, deadline-driven

ROLE 2: PURCHASE MANAGER (1 Opening)

Location: Navi Mumbai MIDC | Experience: 5 to 10 years | Reports to: Head Projects / Management

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute procurement of mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, piping, valves, pumps, chemicals, membranes, filters, tanks and panels for water treatment projects

- Build and maintain an approved vendor list for WTP/STP/ETP/WWTP equipment

- Float RFQs, negotiate price, payment terms and delivery; finalise purchase orders

- Ensure purchases match project BOQ, drawings and technical specifications

- Track material cost vs. project budget and report variances; support cost estimation for tenders

- Coordinate with design, project, site and accounts teams; resolve delays and shortages

- Monitor inventory, logistics and site delivery

- Maintain comparative statements, PO copies, GRNs and vendor records; support audits

Requirements:

- BE/BTech/Diploma in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering (MBA/PG Diploma in Supply Chain preferred)

- 510 years of procurement experience in Water Treatment / EPC / Process industry

- Hands-on experience with ETP, STP, WTP or WWTP projects is mandatory

- Ability to read BOQs, GA drawings and technical datasheets

- Strong negotiation, vendor management and ERP skills
